During the United Nations General Assembly, at the Riverside Church, Conscious Capital and Global Citizen, two leaders in campaigning and organizing around the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), collaborated on an intergenerational, interfaith program that called on people from all walks of life to RISE UP and speak out on the injustices facing the world. Just as Dr. King did at The Riverside Church 50 years ago, Breaking the Silence delivered a universal call to action to “love thy neighbor.”

Through this unique live streamed program, key figures will address poverty, peace and the importance of unity during some of the most challenging times.
