Company A is a Canadian Phase 2 clinical stage biotech company with an innovative drug delivery technology platform that was founded in 2012. As a byproduct of Conscious Capital’s connectivity, Company A was able to attract investment for its Seed, Series A and Series B financings. Conscious Capital remained an owner of Company A until 2021 when the company went public.

Company B is a USA company that is cultivating a sustainable future to meet the global demand for fresh, local and safe food. From 2014 to 2016, Company B presented to family offices at three of Conscious Capital’s events. During an event held in Montauk, New York, Company B met the principal of a family office. This family office ended up leading Company B’s Series A financing and its principal today remains a member of Company B’s board of directors.
